(15/7/2017)  Games Resume - Wednesday 19 July  

The games in the Short Strand Community Centre resume this Wednesday 19 July at 7pm.

Everyone at the games wish the two Alans - Hughes and Weir a speedy recovery. They have both been in hospital and we hope it won't be too long until they are back at the games.


(8/7/2017)  Next Quiz - 29 July 2017  

The next quiz takes place on Saturday 29 July at 7.30pm in the usual venue The Dockers Club, Pilot Street. The cost is £7 per person and the cost includes entry to the quiz, spot prizes, play your cards right and supper.

Come along and enjoy a summer evenings craic and pit your wits against Paddy "the inquisitor" Pill.


(7/7/2017)  Crossgar backs Leicester Games 2018  

A massive thank you to Super-Valu, Crossgar for permitting the NIPF to hold a door collection to help with the costs of our 2018 trip to the British Polio Fellowship Games in Leicester. An even bigger thank you to the people of Crossgar for your unbelievable generosity. The collection raised £700 towards our £7,000 target. You really are Gods own people.

Special thanks to our member Joe McVeigh for organising the collection. Also thanks to members Joe and Mart McVeigh, Christine and Ronnie Connolly, Bobby Doherty, Alan Hughes and Jim Bailey for taking up the collection.

A very big thank you to Whiteabbey Creekers-Line Dancers for their very generous donation of £50 towards our mid-week break. It was most unexpected. May your dancing feet never weary.
