(29/10/2012) Dublin Marathon Update

Just heard from an exhausted but delighted Pauline that she has just completed the Dublin Marathon in 4 hours 21 minutes. Well done Pauline.
As you all know Pauline was running the marathon to raise funds for the Fellowship so if anyone has sponsorship please get it in as soon as possile. When all sponsorship is in the amount will be posted on the web so keep watching.

Pauline Scott the daughter of our member Heather Scott is running the Dublin City Marathon on Monday 28 October 2012 and is donating all sponsorship she raises to the Northern Ireland Polio Fellowship.
If you are in a position please sponsor Pauline and help raise vital funds for the Fellowship.
This is not the first time Pauline has raised money for the Fellowship. In November last year she organised a "Girlie Night Out" at Hobbs and raised £340. Keep up the good work Pauline.
On behalf of everyone in the Fellowship a massive thank you to Pauline for this very generous action.

(22/10/2012) Swimming Returns

At long last the repairs to the pool at Fleming Fulton have been completed. The pool is however closed over the Halloween break.
Full service resumes on Monday 5 November with swimming from 5.45 to 7.30pm and Aqua Fitness on Saturday 10 November from 9.45am to 12 noon.
That is good news for Bobby Phelps Doherty

(13/10/2012) Next Quiz - 27 October 2012

Get your thinking caps on the next quiz takes place on Saturday 27 October 2012 in the usual venue - The Dockers CLUb, Pilot Street at 7.30pm. As usual the cost is £6 per person and this covers the quiz, supper, spot prizes and entry into Play Your Cards Right with £150 up for grabs.
Come along, bring friends and enjoy the nights craic.
